The things I offer:
-
I work to help you gain control over your environment. Whether it’s a wardrobe, a garage, a desk, decades’ worth of documents and papers, the bedroom that’s doubling up as a storage unit…or gradually, your entire home…I guarantee each space we transform will release energy, possibility, opportunity, and you’ll feel lighter in ways you couldn’t imagine…
-
Sounds morbid I know...But this is hands down one of the most generous things you can do for your loved ones - clearing a lifetime of accumulated stuff so they don’t have to after you’re gone. And guess what, people aren’t waiting to become wise (and more organised) elders before introducing Swedish-death-cleaning magic to their lives…it’s an incredibly life-changing process whatever your age…
-
Widely acknowledged to be one of the most stressful life events you can go through, moving house can, and deserves, to be done better. I’ll help you build a detailed plan and timeline for your move; do an industrial sort through what you no longer need; and help you build fresh, functional and sustainable systems in your new place
-
Having been there and having had to figure out how to do differently - I bring lived experience and rafts of practical strategies to help create clarity and order for when our wiring gets the better of us. I’ll help you design systems that work with your habits - from visual storage so things don't disappear into the abyss, to landing zones for stuff that repeatedly gets dumped, to ways of breaking overwhelming decisions into bite-sized pieces…and more. I'm your body double and practical support rolled into one. Most importantly, we figure out what works for your brain, with additional follow-up support to help you keep up with any systems we set up.
-
Hoarding isn't about being messy or lazy - it's often rooted in anxiety, loss or trauma which makes letting go feel impossible. So we work at whatever pace feels safe for you, with zero judgment about how things got like this. I'm not here to force you to throw anything away or make you feel shame about what you've kept. Instead, we start small - maybe just creating a pathway, or reclaiming one corner of one room. We talk about what makes letting go hard, find ways to honour the reasons you've held onto things, while gently exploring what might serve you better now. I bring patience, practical strategies for decision-making when things feels overwhelming, and a deep appreciation that this work is as much emotional as it is physical. Most importantly, I stick with you through the process, celebrating the small wins as you gradually create more breathing room in your life.
-
Sorting through someone's belongings after they've died is hard. Every item can hold memories, or questions, or waves of emotion. I work alongside you to sort through it sensitively whilst helping you make practical progress. In the long run, I help you figure out what to keep, pass on, and let go, without pressure or timeline, unless of course you have one. Whether you're doing this alone or with family members (who may all have different feelings about what should happen), at this tender time I bring sensitivity, compassion and level headedness for whatever needs to unfold.

A 6 or 12 month programme for people ready to go a step further, by revolutionising how they engage with their consumption.
Our addiction to how we consume isn’t bringing us the fulfilment we were promised. Which makes sense. Material things don’t offer deep fulfilment; whereas deepening our connections, accumulating actual experiences, and building an unshakeable sense of self - do. Most distressing of all, our consumption is playing havoc with the delicate ecosystem of our planet. Which is why changing lifelong habits is, quite literally, revolutionary, impacting not just you and your lifestyle, but our precious natural environment. The Enough Programme guides you through a radical reset that helps you undo consumer defaults you thought were locked in for life.
Through a process tailored to your pace and budget, we'll work together through regular one-on-one coaching sessions, hands-on de-cluttering work, consumption tracking, journaling prompts, buying pauses, and reflective exercises that help you identify your triggers and patterns. You'll have ongoing support between sessions and practical homework to embed new habits.A key part of this work is imagining - then experiencing - what you'll do in place of your existing habits. What you’ll do with the time you're not spending shopping, scrolling, managing your stuff. And of course - what you’ll do with the money you’re saving. The Enough Programme will help you explore what brings you genuine pleasure and satisfaction beyond acquisition.
“We are what we consume. If we look deeply into the items that we consume every day, we will come to know our own nature very well.”
What I bring to this work…
Everything I bring to this work is fed by skills I accumulated over my career to date: Decades working in community settings taught me to genuinely meet people where they are and move at their pace. Working as a coach and facilitator means I’m attuned to listening, taking your lead, and helping you unfold your own process. As a visual artist I bring a keen eye for design, colour, space, and how to organise an environment so it feels beautiful as well as functional. Running an organisation meant holding transformative processes (including all the messy bits before clarity emerged). And as a practicing Buddhist for over three decades, I’ve spent a lot of time exploring the balance between the spiritual, the material, the embodied…and what it takes to genuinely flourish in our lifetimes...
